West End Kids Musical Director, Martin Williams has described a new musical previewing at the Queen's Theatre Hornchurch as being the "best new musical to be seen in the UK for the last 20 years".

It's A Fine Life, takes a look at the life and times of Lionel Bart, composer / lyricist of Oliver, Blitz, 'Fings Ain't What They Used To Be, and a catalogue of other shows and pop songs.

"As a piece of theatre, it stands out as being one the most imaginative, creative and involving pieces of theatre I have ever seen" explains Williams. Fresh and honest music arrangements accompanied by some world-class music direction by David Barber make for one of the most profound and uplifting nights of music theatre imaginable".

"With so much rubbish currently playing in London, this is the one show that I'd reccomend all young aspiring performers go and see to find out what music theatre is really about when it's done properly".

"It's A Fine Life" is playing at The Queens Theatre Hornchurch until September 16th.
